How do I start learning?
Create an account, explore the catalog, and enroll in a beginner path. If you’re unsure where to start, choose a role track (Frontend, Backend, Data) and complete the first 3 lessons to unlock recommended next steps.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. You receive a verifiable certificate upon completion. Certificates include your name, course title, completion date, and a verification link you can share with employers.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days if you have not completed more than 20% of a course. If you’re past the threshold, contact support with your order details and we’ll review options case-by-case.
Can I learn on mobile?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and keyboard accessible. Videos, quizzes, and code challenges adapt to small screens, and progress syncs across devices.
How long do I keep access after I enroll?
Most courses include 12 months of access from the purchase date. If your plan includes updates, you’ll automatically see new lessons during the access period.
Are there live sessions or only self-paced lessons?
The core curriculum is self-paced. Some cohorts include optional live Q&A and project reviews. If live events are available, they appear in your dashboard calendar.
Do you offer student discounts or promo codes?
Discounts may be available during seasonal campaigns. If you have a promo code, apply it at checkout. For team pricing, use the support form and we’ll reply with options.
What if I get stuck during a project?
Use lesson hints first, then post a question with your error message, expected behavior, and steps to reproduce. Support answers typically arrive within 24–48 hours on business days.
How do schedules and deadlines work?
Self-paced courses have no fixed deadlines. Cohorts may suggest a weekly plan. You can set personal reminders in the dashboard and receive email notifications if enabled.
